Terms of service

These terms cover the website design services offered by RingReady Sites ("we", "us") through ringreadysites.co. By requesting a preview, paying a deposit or subscribing to the Care Plan, you agree to them. Questions? Email ringreadysites@gmail.com.

Services and prices

We offer website packages (currently Starter at $750 and Pro at $1,500), optional add-ons such as extra pages, a logo refresh and rush delivery, and an optional monthly Care Plan ($79 a month). What each package includes is described on our website. Prices for custom work outside a package are agreed in writing before work starts.

Free preview

We build a free, clickable preview of your homepage before you pay anything. There's no obligation: if you don't like it, you don't owe us anything.

Payment

• To start the full build, you pay a 50% deposit.
• The remaining 50% is due at launch, before the site goes live on your domain.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds

• Deposits are fully refundable until we begin building your full site. Once the build has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because you approved the free preview before paying.
• Final payments are non-refundable once your site is live.
• Add-ons are refundable until work on them begins.
• The Care Plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we don't refund partial months.

Timeline and changes

After you approve your preview and pay the deposit, Starter sites usually go live in about 7 days and Pro sites in about 14 days. These are estimates and depend on getting the content and answers we need from you. Reasonable changes before launch are included; large changes in scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, services, licenses and contact details.
• Only send us photos, logos, text and reviews that you own or have permission to use.
• Check your site before launch and tell us about anything that's wrong.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name. Once the final payment is made, the website we built for you and its content are yours. We may show your site in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to, except where you chose portfolio pricing, which includes permission to show the site.

Care Plan

The Care Plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, up to 30 minutes of small edits each month, and a monthly check-up. Unused edit time doesn't carry over. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Third-party services

Your website relies on services run by other companies, such as domain registrars, hosting providers, Google and Stripe. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes, but we'll help you deal with them if you're on the Care Plan.

No guaranteed results

We build websites designed to help you get calls, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new work from the date they're posted; the terms in place when you paid your deposit apply to that project.
