RingReady Sites ("we", "us") designs and builds websites for home-service businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through ringreadysites.co and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email ringreadysites@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out a form (such as the free preview or contact form), we collect what you enter: for example your name, business name, phone number, email, trade, city, current website and message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We see the payment amount, your name, email, phone and business name, but we never see or store your full card number.
Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website: pages visited, time on page, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city or region) and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically records basic technical information such as IP addresses and request times to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To reply to you, build your free preview and deliver the services you ask for.
To send quotes, invoices and receipts, and to provide support.
To understand which pages are useful and improve our website.
To keep our website and services secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Netlify: website hosting and form handling.
Stripe: payment processing and invoicing.
Google: website analytics (Google Analytics) and email (Gmail).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. If you didn't become a client, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ringreadysites@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Websites we build for clients

This policy covers ringreadysites.co. Websites we build for clients belong to those businesses, and each one is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below.
