    Yes. We come to your property, talk through ideas, and leave you with honest recommendations. There's no charge and no obligation.

    Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. GreenHaven carries full general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance before any job starts.

    Do I need to sign a long-term contract for a maintenance plan?

    No. Plans are month-to-month during the season. Most clients stay for years because the yard keeps looking great, not because they're locked in.

    How soon can you start?

    Consultations are usually within 48 hours. Weekly lawn care can often start the following week. Bigger projects like patios are typically scheduled 2–4 weeks out in peak season.

    Do I need to be home when you come?

    No. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    All major cards, ACH bank transfer and checks. Maintenance plans can be set up on autopay.
